2. Hosting and server log files

The website is provided on a Windows server administered by AlgoLabor within the infrastructure of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary connection data.

This may include, in particular, IP address, date and time of access, address or file accessed, HTTP method, status code, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system information, referrer address and host name. This information is required to deliver the website, ensure technical stability and detect attacks or abusive access.

The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and error-free operation of this website. Server log files are generally deleted after 30 days at the latest. Longer storage may occur in individual cases if it is necessary to investigate or prevent a specific security incident or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

3. Cookies and local storage

AlgoLabor does not currently set cookies. The website does not use local storage or session storage and does not operate a cookie consent system. That's why no consent banner appears. 4. Contact via email

When users contact us by email, the information provided, including contact details and message content, is processed to respond to the request. Depending on the content, processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR to carry out pre-contractual measures or on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR due to the legitimate interest in processing general inquiries.

The data will be deleted as soon as the request has been finally processed and there are no legal retention obligations or legitimate reasons for further storage.

5. External links and affiliate links

The website contains purely external links to platform, data and prop trading providers. When you simply access an AlgoLabor page, these links do not load third-party content and no data is transferred to these providers. The user only leaves the AlgoLabor website after consciously clicking on it. The respective target provider can then process the IP address, time, referrer, browser data and other technically necessary information under its own responsibility.

The Bulenox affiliate link is currently forwarded via the short link service Bitly. When you click on it, data can first be transferred to Bitly and then to Bulenox. Processing in countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. The data protection information of the respective provider applies to further processing.

Affiliate links are marked “advertising” or “affiliate link”. AlgoLabor may receive a commission if you register or purchase through the Bulenox link. The other linked platform and data providers are currently not affiliate partners of AlgoLabor.
